KON Express uses laminated tempered safety glass, which is a safety-grade building material with high impact resistance. Even if it breaks due to a strong impact, the intermediate adhesive layer will hold the glass fragments together, preventing them from scattering and causing injury.
KON Express capsule elevators feature a simple structural design with few exposed parts, making them resistant to dust and dirt buildup and easy to clean. Maintenance requirements are essentially the same as those for other elevators.
KON Express capsule elevators support custom non-standard dimensions and do not require a wide, standard-sized shaft like traditional panoramic elevators. They can be installed in retrofits of older buildings and villas alike.
Our standard production cycle is approximately 3 months. After production is complete, we install the elevator and conduct a 10-day test run, operating it 24 hours a day without interruption for a cumulative total of over 10,000 rides. We only ship the elevator once it has been confirmed to be fully functional.
