During-Sales
We can provide 24 months guarantee period after delivery.
The standard production cycle for our elevators is 25 to 30 days. This can be expedited to 15 to 20 days upon receipt of full payment.
We maintain a production schedule for each project and provide regular progress updates to our clients.

After-Sales
Our company’s engineering department engineers will patiently guide the installers until the issue is resolved.
Our elevators are equipped with Automatic Rescue Device (ARD). In the event of a power failure, the ARD activates automatically, moving the elevator to the nearest floor. Passengers can then safely exit the elevator.
