Workshop Introduction

Our manufacturing workshop is systematically divided into the following key areas:

  • Raw Materials Area
  • Manufacturing Area
  • Electrical Control Area
  • Assembly Area
  • Packing Area
  • Shipping Area

Raw Materials Area

The raw materials area stocks high-quality materials including:

  • 304 hairline stainless steel (standard thickness: 1.2 mm), primarily used for passenger elevators;
  • Cold-rolled steel sheets (thickness: 1.5 mm), mainly for freight elevators;
  • Various structural profiles such as checkered steel plates, I-beams, and channel steel, which are mainly used for the core load-bearing components of passenger elevators and freight elevators.
Raw Materials Area

Manufacturing Area

Our manufacturing area is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including:

7 laser cutting machines, 6 bending machines, 6 small punching machines, 1+1 combined unit (1 shearing machine + 1 large punching machine), 1 robotic bending machine,1 grooving machine, 1 stiffener forming machine.

Our manufacturing area has strong hardware capabilities, and most of our manufacturing staff have over 10 years of experience. We have enhanced these facilities with exclusive modifications and designs, some of which have been patented. This allows us to produce unique, meticulously detailed custom products, thereby improving overall quality.

Laser Cutting Machine 1
Laser Cutting Machine 1

Used for cutting car platform, gantry frame, counterweight frame, and straight beams. Plate thickness: 2–6 mm.

Laser Cutting Machine 2
Laser Cutting Machine 2

Used for cutting upper and lower beams. Plate thickness: 5-6mm.

Laser Cutting Machine 3
Laser Cutting Machine 3

Used for cutting COP box bottom enclosure, door panels (hairline stainless steel and mirror stainless steel for car and landing doors); ceiling panels, header covers, etc. (primarily for most passenger elevators).

Laser Cutting Machine 4
Laser Cutting Machine 4

Used for cutting COP panels, front walls, door headers, and car tops (for passenger & freight elevators). Plate thickness: 1.2-3mm.

Laser Cutting Machine 5

Used for bending upper and lower beams, straight beams, and car platform ; plate thickness range: 4–6 mm.

Small Punching Machine
Small Punching Machine

Used for punching guide rail shims and other small precision components.

Shearing Machine
Shearing Machine

Dedicated to cutting decorative panels (mirror etched, titanium gold, rose gold, etc.) with plate thickness of 1.2–1.5 mm.

Multi-functional Large Punching Machine
Multi-functional Large Punching Machine

Specifically designed for punching decorative panels (such as mirror etched, titanium gold, rose gold, etc.) with plate thickness of 1.2–1.5 mm.

Robotic Bending Machine
Robotic Bending Machine

Used for producing four-sided bent landing doors, ensuring high precision and consistent quality in complex bending operations.

Grooving Machine
Grooving Machine

Applied to create precise grooves on stainless steel car wall panels, allowing for sharper, more vertical bend angles and seamless assembly with improved aesthetics and structural integrity.

Stiffener Forming Machine
Stiffener Forming Machine

Used for producing reinforcement ribs.

Assembly Area

In the assembly area, we carry out:

  • Assembly of the upper and lower beams of the elevator car system;
  • Assembly of the counterweight frame for the balance system.

Door operators and landing door devices are purchased products that arrive at our manufacturing workshop already assembled.

Packing Area

Packing Area

Before shipping, we will pack these components in wooden crates specially designed for export. Each crate is numbered with a packing list, making it easy for the installer to clearly identify the corresponding components in the crate during installation. Large components, such as counterweight systems and major load-bearing structures, will be packaged separately.

Electrical Control Area

Electrical Control Area
Electrical Control Area

The electrical control area is divided into three sections:

  1. Assembly of operation panels from laser-cut parts, including buttons, display panels, etc.;
  2. Verification of cable assembly correctness, including traveling cables and shaft cables;
  3. Testing of the entire electrical system, including the control cabinet, HOP, COP, and power-on tests of the traction machine to verify proper operation.

Shipping Area

After packing all components, the workshop staff transports them to the shipping area. Depending on the space available in the container, they are loaded in batches into containers for transport to our customers.
